What we collect
For the free blueprint, we ask for your birth date, birth time (optional), birth city, and gender to compute your chart. This information is used only to compute your blueprint on the spot — it is not stored or tied to an account.
If you purchase a reading, we collect the birth information above (and, for Compatibility, a second person's birth details) plus any optional note you add, and we store it so we can generate your reading and let you reopen it later. Checkout itself is handled by our payment provider, Paddle.com, which acts as the merchant of record for all orders and collects your email address to send your receipt and reading link. We never see or store your card details — Paddle handles all payment card information directly.
How we use it
Your birth information is used to calculate your Saju chart and to generate your reading. Reading text is generated with the help of an AI model (Anthropic's Claude); your data is sent to that service solely to produce your reading and is subject to its data handling terms. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Retention and deletion
Free blueprints are computed on the fly and are never stored or tied to an account. Purchased readings are different: the birth information, optional notes, and reading tied to your order are kept so you can reopen your reading link. To request deletion, email support@sajuharu.com and we will remove your birth information and reading within 30 days. EU/UK residents may exercise their GDPR rights (access, rectification, erasure) and California residents their CCPA rights by the same route.
