Refund Policy

Digital products, delivered instantly
Every paid reading on SajuHaru — Love Reading, Compatibility, Career Timing, and Year Ahead — is a one-time digital product. The moment you check out, our engine calculates your chart from the birth details you entered and generates a reading written just for you. Within a few minutes you get a private, unique link where you can view it. Because each reading is created individually for a single person (or pair, for Compatibility), it can't be "restocked" or resold, which is why our refund window works differently from a physical product.
Before you've opened your reading
If you haven't opened your reading link yet, you're entitled to a full refund, no questions asked. Just reach out with your order details and we'll process it.
After you've opened your reading
Once you've opened and viewed your reading, purchases are generally non-refundable — the product has been delivered as described. That said, we'll always make it right if something went wrong on our end. We'll regenerate your reading or refund you in full if:
(a) generation failed or your reading came back incomplete or garbled; (b) the chart is clearly based on birth information different from what you entered at checkout; or (c) a technical problem is preventing you from opening or reading your link.
How to request a refund
Payments are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the merchant of record for all orders — Paddle handles the actual refund transaction on our behalf. To request one, email support@sajuharu.com with the Paddle order number from your purchase receipt and a short description of the issue. We aim to respond within a few business days.
Chargebacks
If something's wrong with your order, please contact us first — most issues can be sorted out quickly by email or refunded directly. Filing a chargeback with your bank or card provider before giving us the chance to help can delay resolution and may result in your account being restricted. We'd rather just fix it for you.
